Are the courses approved in my state?

Each state course is approved by the agency named on its course page, such as the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for TABC or the Illinois Liquor Control Commission for BASSET. Rules vary by state and city, so check the course page for your location.

How long does server certification take?

Most state courses take 2 to 4 hours and are completed online.

Is TIPS certification available online?

Yes. TIPS On-Premise is $38 per seat and takes about 3 hours online. State versions for Wisconsin and Montana are in the catalog too.

Is there free training for bartenders and servers?

Yes. The Core Education Suite has 23 free courses, including Spirits 101, Wine Essentials, Beer Decoded and The Professional's Guide to Alcohol Tasting.

Can I buy seats for the whole team?

Yes. Managers buy seats inside the company account and assign them to staff. Buy one seat or enough for every location.

What does the free company account include?

Onboarding for your team, the full Core Education Suite, and tracking for completion and certificates. There is no cost and no seat minimum.

Can we add our own training, like menus and house policies?
