Internal Training Dashboard FAQ
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Only for the premium Dashboard. A credit card is required to start the 7-day free trial, and you get full access to every feature during it. A free company account needs no card at all.
What happens when the 7-day free trial ends?
You drop back to your free company account and can keep using it for as long as you like. Your data stays exactly where it is, the premium Dashboard features lock until you subscribe, and nothing is deleted.
Are features different between plans?
No. Every paid Dashboard plan includes the same seven features, and tiers differ only by how many users you cover. A free company account is a different product: it includes the full Core Education Suite, Guest Access, branded portals, and SSO, but not Learner Journeys, auto-assignment, or advanced reporting. Enterprise adds services on top: a dedicated account manager, an enterprise SLA, custom course development, and white-glove setup.
What if we go over our user limit count?
Existing users keep full access. You will be prompted to move up a tier before adding new accounts.
Can I use my own internal & SCORM courses?
Yes. You can build and host your own training alongside anything you pull from the Learn Brands catalog. SCORM courses are as easy as an upload.
Is the AI Training Coach included on every plan?
Yes. The AI Training Coach, powered by Claude, is included on every plan, from Starter to Enterprise.
Can I switch to annual billing later?
Yes. You can move between monthly and annual billing at any time from the subscription page. Annual saves 15%.
