Arizona requires Title 4 liquor training for managers and for the owners, agents, and officers who run a licensed business day to day. This Learn2Serve course is the Basic level for on-premises establishments such as restaurants, bars, hotels, wineries, and casinos. It is approved by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, and it works just as well for the servers and bartenders your managers supervise.

Format and exam
The course is fully online and self-paced, and takes about three hours. Work through seven short lessons, then pass the final exam with a score of 70 percent or better. You can print your certificate of completion as soon as you pass. Course access runs for 60 days from purchase.
Who needs Title 4 Basic training in Arizona?
Managers must hold Title 4 training, along with liquor license owners, agents, partners, stockholders, and officers active in daily operations. Basic comes first and is a prerequisite for the Management course, so managers need both. State law does not require the course for servers and bartenders, but many Arizona employers make it a condition of hire.
