The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Learn Brands, LLC (“Sponsor”), 621 Kalamath Street, Suite 130, Denver, CO 80204. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Piattelli Vineyards, or any alcohol supplier, importer, distributor, or retailer.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM MST on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM MST on November 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit one entry per person. All entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of method.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive 50,000 Learn Brands Points, redeemable for a $500 equivalent value in the Learn Brands Rewards Store. Prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted. Approximate Retail Value: $500.
6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification
Potential winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of selection. Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim prize or another winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the rules.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
