Get started

  • All users can sign up by clicking register as student found on the homepage.
    • If you select register as student please fill out the required information. Be sure to select the company you work for and confirm your email address. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox please check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders. Once your account has been created a company manager will need to confirm your employment before you get access to brand courses.
  • If your company is not on the list when choosing your employer, please have a manager register your Brand or Dispensary which can be located on the home page. Otherwise, have them contact us at and we'll set your company with an account as soon as possible.
  • To add a new course, please select Register your Brand on the home page. Then fill out the required information. A Learn Brands representative will contact you directly and walk you through the process of building a course.
  • Select Register your dispensary on the homepage and fill out the required information. Your account will promptly be approved. Then you can begin signing up employees and requesting access to courses. A Learn Brands representative will reach out directly with onboarding documents.
  • To schedule a demo, please go to the "For Brands" or "For Dispensaries" page and select, "Schedule Demo". Otherwise, please reach out to and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • The rewards you have access too will be based on the company you work for. Each company is granted access to rewards by our brand partners. Generally, brands will give companies access to rewards if they are carried by the company you work for.
  • Learn Brands offers two types of training (Public and Private). All users need an account to access both types of courses. However, public courses will be available to all users immediately when you sign on. Private courses will only be available if your employment is confirmed by a company that has been granted access to additional courses.
  • The company you work for will determine what rewards you will have access to. You may have access to a course that does not offer you a reward.
